POL脥TICA INSTITUCIONAL PARA ESTUDIANTES CON BENEFICIOS DE VETERANOS
En cumplimiento con la Secci贸n 103 de la Ley P煤blica 115-407, 鈥淰eterans Benefits and Transaction Act of 2018鈥�, la Universidad permite que cualquier individuo cubierto, con derecho a asistencia educativa bajo el Cap铆tulo 31 (Veteran Readiness and Employment) o el Cap铆tulo 33 (beneficios del Post鈥�9/11 GI Bill庐), pueda asistir o participar en el programa educativo durante el per铆odo que comienza en la fecha en que el individuo presente a la instituci贸n educativa un certificado de elegibilidad para asistencia educativa bajo los cap铆tulos 31 o 33.
Un 鈥渃ertificado de elegibilidad鈥� tambi茅n puede incluir un 鈥淪tatement of Benefits鈥� obtenido a trav茅s del sitio web del Departamento de Asuntos de los Veteranos (VA), eBenefits, o el formulario VA 28鈥�1905 para autorizaci贸n bajo el Cap铆tulo 31.
INSTITUTIONAL POLICY FOR STUDENTS WITH VETERANS BENEFITS
In compliance with Section 103 of PL 115-407 鈥淰eteran Benefits and Transaction Act of 2018鈥� the University allows any Covered Individual, who is entitled to educational assistance under Chapter 31, Veteran Readiness and Employment, or Chapter 33, Post鈥�9/11 GI Bill庐 Benefits, to attend or participate in the course of education for the period beginning on the date the individual provides the educational institution with a certificate of eligibility for educational assistance under chapter 31 or 33 (a 鈥渃ertificate of eligibility鈥� may also include a 鈥淪tatement of Benefits鈥� obtained from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) website鈥�eBenefits, or a VAF form 28鈥�1905 for chapter 31 authorization.
